Employment, Internships, and Contract Opportunities
In principle and practice, The Grand works collaboratively to encourage participation by underrepresented groups and individuals at all levels, and to explore new opportunities.
In presenting the art of independent, international, and local film, The Grand Cinema serves to deepen compassion and understanding; honor freedom of expression; challenge and dismantle systemic oppression; create environments enriched with diverse views and people; and help the development of socially responsible leaders and citizens.
As such, we seek to hire individuals who share these values and who contribute to our fluency as an inclusive organization. We value employees who apply their lived experience to their thinking, actions, and perspectives, and compassionately and respectfully work to learn and connect across culture and difference.
In that spirit, we encourage all who represent and share these values and who are invested in our mission, regardless of background, to join our team.
