Throughout the duration of The Grand Cinema's closure, we will be offering curated virtual screenings to entertain and engage you. This is a new service, so please be patient if we run into some initial technical issues. 

Q: HOW DO I WATCH THE FILMS?

A: Every new release we offer will be available through the individual distributor's websites and streaming services. You'll be taken to their websites to purchase and watch the film, but a portion of your ticket will help support The Grand Cinema.

Q: I JUST PURCHASED THE FILM, BUT I DON'T SEE HOW TO WATCH IT?

A: First, check your email, and make sure your purchase went through. The email you were sent should have a link for you to watch the film. Remember to check your spam folders!

Q: I'M A MEMBER OF THE GRAND CINEMA; IS THERE A MEMBER PRICE?

A: Due to our agreements with distributors, we are unfortunately unable to offer member pricing for these films. Thank you for supporting us through your membership; if you are not a current member and would like to support us in this way, sign up here: new memberships won't begin until we reopen.

Q: CAN I USE GIFT CERTIFICATES (MOVIE MONEY) FOR VIRTUAL SCREENING ROOM FILMS?

A: Unfortunately, that's not an option at the moment. You'll be able to use them when we reopen—thank you for your support!

Q: WHAT FILMS ARE OFFERED?

A: You can peruse now playing and coming soon films at this webpage.

If you are still having issues, please refer to each individual film's page, or to the email that arrives in your inbox after purchasing a film (don't forget to check your spam folder!) where there should be more information on where to direct your inquiry. You can email us at info@grandcinema.com, but please know that 100% of The Grand Cinema staff has been laid off and we are not able to regularly monitor this inbox.
