PRIVATE AUDITORIUM RENTALS
Rent our space for a birthday, friends & family movie night, gaming, meetings, film festivals, filmmaker screenings, or work on a multimedia project!
Rental choices 3
- Bring your friends, family, coworkers, or organization out for a private event!
- Theater capacity ranges from 73 to 104 guests
- Rates are $350+ depending on the date/time and any additional staffing or tech needs
- We recommend booking at least 8 weeks in advance for weekdays and 12 weeks or more for weekend dates
- Film license to screen may be required (additional fee) for events open to the public
- To inquire, please email our team at rentals@grandcinema.com and be sure to include day/time, number of attendees, and type of event so we can provide you the most accurate information!

- Any film event open to the public requires a film license
- Licensing fees generally range anywhere from $250-$500 depending on the film and distributor
- Resources for film licensing to book yourself: Swank, Janus Films
- For a $25 broker fee, we will book the film on your group's behalf and add the cost of the license to your rental fee

- Monday-Friday when we are closed (8:30-10:00am start times)
- Films already playing on our weekly schedule only
- 5-ticket minimum purchase ($50); $10 each additional guest
- Non-holidays only
- Monday-Thursday during normal business hours
- 40 ticket minimum ($400); $10 each additional guest
- Non-holidays only
