1. Explore The Roar

Equal parts documentary and performance, the film explores a traditional Chinese community in Portland, Oregon, following the members of Lee’s Association Dragon and Lion Dance Team. They share what the ancient craft means to them and what they hope it can become. US Premiere

2. Mount Angel Pilgrim

Sherman is a poet and pilgrim living in Salem. He writes while taking pilgrimage to neighboring holy sites in the valley. Follow Sherman, and filmmaker Coleman Weimer, on this three-day prayer pilgrimage from Salem, Oregon to nearby monasteries in Mount Angel. WA State Premiere. Filmmakers will be in attendance.

3. La Serenata (The Serenade)

5. Magnificent

Still dealing with a recent break up, Cynthia, goes on a hike in the Columbia River Gorge for her first date with Alex. When a misunderstanding leads to tense emotions, Cynthia struggles to connect with her date as she walks the trails amidst the beauty and volatility of nature. US Premiere

6. Ramadan

Yuhaniz Aly, Joseph Mills, Abdulgani Mohamad, Samir Nguyen
Yuhaniz, Samir, and Abdulgani, three Cham American high school students in Seattle, share their experiences during Ramadan, the Muslim holy month. Using hand-held video cameras, they chronicle their daily lives, the struggle of balancing school, friends, and faith, and the realities of Islamophobia. Filmmakers will be in attendance.

7. #StopErasingBlackPeople

This documentary responds to interconnected structural violences with the demand #StopErasingBlackPeople: chronicling how the Tacoma Action Collective organized to address the whitewashing of the "Art, AIDS, America" exhibition, and their work at the International AIDS Conference in South Africa. Filmmakers will be in attendance.
