Join us for a delicious food demo and samples following the 2:15PM screening of Julia.
What you get: movie, chef demonstration by Hudson Slater, renowned PNW chef, and samples of Salade Lyonnaise and the famous Julia Child's Beef Bourguignon prepared by Hudson Slater.
Salade Lyonnaise - frisée, arugula, haricot verts (green beans), bacon lardon, poached egg and warm Dijon vinaigrette
Beef Bourguignon - Beef braised in red wine with bacon, mushrooms, carrots, onion and turnips
