Post Film Discussion - Seed: The Untold Story

In 2014, Ulysses Martin founded the local Permaculture Lifestyle Institute, a Green Infrastructure development nonprofit to assist front line communities with information, education, planning, design, and development. In 2015 he was a finalist in Tacoma’s Green Infrastructure Design Challenge where he showcased his engineered Urban Chinampa storm water system.
He works as a civil engineer with Washington’s State Department of Transportation and has resided in Tacoma’s Eastside neighborhood since 1975. He enjoys playing and learning with his children at the Swan Creek Park Food Forest and Garden.
