Board meetings are held on the third Monday of each month (unless it falls on a holiday) and are open to the public. Meetings are held in the Houston Room at the Annie Wright School at 827 N. Tacoma Ave. They begin at 5:30 and generally last about two hours.

Volunteer on the Board of DirectorsThe Board meets monthly, usually the third Monday of the month, and is responsible for oversight of the cinema.
Nominations for the Board of Directors occurs are usually reviewed in January and February. Nominations are approved and mailed to Grand Cinema members in preparation for the Annual Meeting, usually in March. New Board Members are announced at the Annual Meeting.
