Board meetings are held on the third Monday of each month (unless it falls on a holiday) and are open to the public. Meetings are held in Misner Room in the library at the University of Puget Sound. They begin at 5:30 and generally last about two hours.

The Board meets monthly, usually the third Monday of the month, and is responsible for oversight of the cinema.
Applications for the board are accepted every January. Nominations are then reviewed by the board. A slate of candidates is then selected emailed to Grand Cinema members for their approval. New Board Members are announced at the Annual Meeting each March.
