The Grand Cinema has teamed up with the New York International Children's Film Festival to bring you our first ever series of children's films to the Grand Cinema.  These are some of the best films that played earlier this year in New York's very successful festival.  We are excited to be able to offer these educational, entertaining and many times international films to Pierce County.  These are not films geared only to small children.  The films appeal to various ages of youth as indicated with each film description.  Most of all they are a quality of film that will appeal to adults as well so we invite everyone to attend.

Each film will screen only two times, on a consecutive Saturday and Sunday as listed for each film below.  The first weekend of films is November 3-4 and the film series will continue every weekend through January 6 except for the weekend before Christmas.  With the exception of the first weekend (Nov 3-4) which will be shown at 3:30 p.m., they'll all be shown at 2:30 p.m. on each of the days indicated.  Ticket prices are $6.00 per person for non-members and $4.50 for members of the Grand.  Tickets are available in advance in person at the Grand Cinema.  Passes for multiple films are also available: a pass for five screenings is sold for the price of four at $24.
