On the third Monday of every month the Grand holds a board meeting in room 306 of Wyatt Hall at UPS.  These meetings are always open to the public and you are welcome to attend.  At each meeting we go over the financial reports from the previous month, discuss upcoming events, talk about long range planning, and cover just about anything to do with the Grand.  The next meeting is on Monday, July 23.  Each meeting begins at 5:00 p.m. and usually lasts roughly two hours.
